Listing Service. It's a truism of the real estate industry
that the best place to market properties is to other Realtors®.
After all, through them we can reach the highest number
of qualified prospects for your home. Thanks to my membership
in the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors® and
the Multiple Listing Service, your home will be exposed
to more than 1,000 area Realtors® through the MLS computerized
information system.
Real
Estate Caravan. Every week, the Multiple Listing Service
conducts a Hilton Head Island area property tour - called
the Caravan - to showcase new properties to all its members.
This is one of the best ways to get first-person exposure
for your lot, home or villa among the real estate community.
Internal
Marketing. Every week, my Company conducts a sales meeting
for our 115 sales executives. At this meeting, your Hilton
Head area property will be introduced to our sales executives
and an information sheet, containing the most outstanding
features of your property, will be distributed.
Networking.
All our sales executives maintain an extensive network of
contacts worldwide. Potential buyers with criteria matching
your Hilton Head Island area property will be informed of
its availability.

Mail Marketing. Because your neighbors are often an excellent

Walk-Ins. My Company operates Offices in some of the highest
traffic locations on Hilton Head Island, including South Island
at Sea Pines Circle, Coligny Beach and the Village at Wexford,
Mid Island at Central Park, North Island at Main Street as well
as three Mainland Offices; the Bridge Office across from Moss
Creek, Belfair Towne Village and Sun City. To capture the interest
of passersby, we prominently display real estate information sheets
with photos in windows and kiosks at many of these locations.
The Internet.
Thanks to my presence on the Worldwide Web at www. EdBrownRealtor.com,
your Hilton Head Island area property can be seen by more than
40 million potential buyers 24 hours a day. Recently the Multiple
Listing Service has provided an Internet feature to all Realtors®
that maintain personal websites. Through broker reciprocity each
Realtor® can show all available properties in the Multiple
Listing System on their individual website. My site is also linked
to the Local and National Association of Realtors websites.

Advertising. Charter I Realty and Marketing places advertising
in a variety of publications including four color magazines like
Island Real Estate Magazine, Homes and Land, Hilton Head Monthly,
Homes on the Market, Lowcountry Monthly and the Bluffton Breeze.
Charter I Realty and Marketing runs classified and display advertising
several days a week in The Island Packet and Bluffton Today. I
personally utilize this advertising to market my listings to local
residents and visitors to the area.
